2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the koi234 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. koi234 enforces a strict 21+ age gate and will suspend any account where the account holder is found to be under the minimum age. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned minus any withdrawals already made, and all gameplay activity will be voided.
2.2 Residency. The koi234 Platform is designed to serve players resident in Indonesia. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you. koi234 takes no responsibility for a Member's failure to comply with local regulations.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been placed under legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity under applicable law are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
2.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have previously applied for a self-exclusion on koi234 or on any affiliated platform are not eligible to re-register during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by creating a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3.1 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any remaining balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. koi234 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify koi234 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. koi234 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any funds associated with it to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Contact Information Updates. You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details current. koi234 will use the email address and phone number registered to your Account for all formal communications, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming notifications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to recover your Account or receive time-sensitive notifications.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. koi234 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any other point at koi234's sole discretion, including following unusual account activity or large deposits.

4.4 Refusal to Verify. 5.1 Supported Methods. koi234 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 5.2 Deposit Currency. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). koi234 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. Deposits below the stated minimum will be declined and returned.
5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity. Any winnings generated from funds found to have been deposited in breach of this clause will be voided.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. koi234 does not charge any fee on deposits. Third-party transaction charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside koi234's control and are not reimbursable.
6.1 Eligibility. A Member may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds at any time, provided that: (a) KYC verification has been completed; (b) no active wagering requirement applies to the funds requested; and (c) the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method has been met.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. koi234 reserves the right to request additional verification if a Member requests withdrawal to a different account or payment method than was used to deposit. This measure is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
6.3 Processing Time. koi234 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or when additional security checks are required. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Indonesian public holidays.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page. VIP Members may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits; contact support for details.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. koi234 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Members who request more than three withdrawals within a single 24-hour period may be subject to a nominal processing fee on the fourth and subsequent requests within that period, as displayed on the Cashier page.
6.6 Right to Review. koi234 reserves the right to conduct a security review of any withdrawal request, including requests from long-standing verified Members. During a security review, the withdrawal in question will be held pending completion of the review. koi234 will aim to complete all security reviews within 48 hours and will communicate with the Member throughout the process.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by koi234 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are stated clearly on each individual promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms & Conditions.
7.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). In the event that a bonus is withdrawn mid-qualification, any wagering already completed towards the requirement will be credited pro-rata at koi234's sole discretion. koi234 further reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
8.1 Fair Play. All games on the koi234 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing bodies. Game outcomes are not influenced by koi234, by individual bet sizes, or by any prior gameplay history. Each outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption during gameplay, the affected round(s) will be voided and any stakes placed will be returned to the Member's Account Balance. koi234 is not liable for any profits lost as a result of a game being interrupted due to a technical issue on either the Platform's infrastructure or the Member's own internet connection.
8.3 Prohibited Techniques. The use of automated betting systems (bots), exploit scripts, artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage, collusion with other players or staff, or any other technique intended to circumvent the normal operation of any game is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through Prohibited Activity will be voided and the associated Account will be closed immediately.
8.4 Sportsbook Integrity. koi234's sportsbook applies standard industry rules to all markets. Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (including in-play markets where a scoreline was delayed) will be voided. Duplicate bet submission errors will result in only the first-received bet being accepted; duplicates will be returned.
8.5 Obvious Errors. In the event that koi234 publishes a game, odds, or promotion containing an obvious error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, missing wagering requirement figures, or displayed maximum wins that are clearly inconsistent with the stated game RTP), koi234 reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct terms retroactively, or to void related gameplay and return stakes. Members are not entitled to profits generated as a result of an obvious error.

10.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a Material Breach of these Terms, koi234 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including Real Money Funds, pending a full investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., closure at the Member's own request), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method within 10 business days.
10.3 Member-Initiated Closure. A Member may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
11.1 Platform Content. 11.2 Limited Licence. koi234 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, mirror, frame, or reproduce any portion of the Platform without koi234's prior written consent. Automated data collection tools, crawlers, or scrapers directed at the Platform are prohibited. Violation of this clause will result in immediate Account closure and may expose you to civil liability.
12.1 Platform Availability. koi234 aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, koi234 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. koi234 is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled or otherwise.
12.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi234's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. koi234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether koi234 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Third-Party Services. The koi234 Platform integrates third-party game content, payment processing services, and analytics tools. koi234 is not liable for the performance, availability, security, or accuracy of any third-party service integrated into the Platform.
13.1 Privacy Policy. koi234's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Member personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at koi234.asia/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
13.2 Data Retention. koi234 retains Member account data for a minimum of five years following account closure in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Data is stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
13.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving promotional emails and notifications from koi234 to your registered contact details. 14.1 Right to Amend. koi234 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. The English-language version shall prevail in all interpretations, translations, and dispute resolution proceedings. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal force.
